Bernadette Kristaponis is a Usui Reiki Master Teacher since 2008. She has been a Certified Medical Reiki Master since 2020. While her background is medical, her path has taken her deeper into the Spiritual and Metaphysical healing.

Reiki is a natural energy healing technique which uses a gentle laying on of hands. The word REIKI is composed of two Japanese syllables, REI (meaning Universal) and KI (meaning energy). The goal is to aid in relaxation which promotes healing on all levels.
